Valuing Customers

By: Mercury Park

I will write about how I value our customers. Today, I will write three points about my opinion on the topic.

1.     I should trust our customers.
2.     I have to familiarize (be open to) our customers.
3.     I have to know their visions.

First of all, suppliers and customers should build trust among each other. Do you know how to trust each other? Trust is obviously vital in the business. It doesn’t happen in one day. It needs a lot of time. I think trust is one of the most important factors in business.

Let’s move to the second part. When we want to trust each other, we have to familiarize each other well. It means, we have to get to know more of each other. This is the answer. So, we have to know our customer or our client’s profile and information deeper. In their part, they will also do the same to our company. After familiarizing each other, we have to meet the clients personally. We also have to listen to their opinions and discuss every aspect of them, because information in black and white is not enough.

Finally, we have to know and realize their visions. Even though they are already considered good companies, it is still important to understand their visions. At the same time, we should also discuss our visions with them. If our visions are contradicting, it will create some problems in the future. So suppliers and customers should seek for parallelism in each other’s visions.

In the event that suppliers and customers don’t have similar visions, it is still vital to talk about business transparently, because I think customers are the company’s vital partner and the future, as well.

In conclusion, when we value our customers, we need trust, openness and similar vision with the customers.
